I joined BCCB on 01.02.1990 as a fresh Science graduate, proud to serve in our prestigious community bank founded by a priest and known for its exceptional customer service. With encouragement and guidance from my seniors, I pursued higher studies—completing CAIIB, GDC&A, and an MBA in Banking & Finance—keeping myself updated in the financial domain. Transfers are part of our journey at BCCB, and I embraced them with the motto “Bloom where you are planted.” Starting with branches like Holi, Bangli, Bhayandar and Manickpur, I gained rich learning experiences in diverse environments, including the Audit and Credit Departments. I had the privilege of leading key commercial branches such as Bhayandar, Borivali, Nallasopara East, Gokhivare, Umrale, and Zenda Bazar, making a meaningful contribution at each location. Today, as Head of Internal Audit, I look back with gratitude for the grooming, opportunities, and trust this organization has placed in me. BCCB’s culture of teamwork, continuous learning, and community commitment makes it more than a workplace—it is a family. I pray for the continued growth and success of our beloved Bank.

I joined BCCB as Chief Manager – Treasury, and the journey since then has been immensely rewarding. It has been a period of continuous growth, learning, and enriching experiences. I joined Bassein Catholic Co-operative Bank as an Assistant Manager and, over the years, progressed through the roles of Deputy Manager and now Manager. More than 14 years of my life, the major learning and growing years of my career, have been spent with this bank and these years have truly been the most valuable in shaping who I am today. During my journey, I was promoted from CSR to Junior Clerk and then to Senior Clerk, which speaks volumes about the career growth and opportunities available here. I joined the BCCB family in 2018 as a Customer Service Representative, and it was my very first experience in the banking sector. Looking back, I can confidently say it has turned out to be the best experience so far.
